llm-anthropic 0.30 發布，新增模型重新整理與 token 計數命令

llm-anthropic 0.30 發布，除加入 Claude Sonnet 5.5 支援外，還新增 llm anthropic refresh 命令，可直接從 Anthropic API 重新整理模型列表，因此新模型發布後不必再等外掛發新版。該版本同時加入 llm anthropic count 命令，呼叫 Anthropic 免費的 token 計數 API，在傳送提示前返回該提示將消耗的 token 數。
